    If there's a fit, we draft a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, fee. Usually one page. Always specific.

    Kick-off & alignment

    Once signed, we run a working session with the core team to align on objectives, decision-making, communication cadence, and risks worth watching.

    Delivery — weekly rhythm

    We embed in your workflow. Weekly check-ins, monthly reports, real-time issue tracking, and direct contact with whoever needs us — designer, contractor, board, or funder.

    Handover & close

    We don't disappear at the finish line. Documentation, lessons learned, and a 30-day post-opening window to make sure operations stick.
