About

A lean team, expertise where it's needed.

58th People & Projects is a lean and flexible structure, led by Cinzia Perlingieri. We work as a small core team and, when needed, we activate specialist experts and skills through an established international network.

Tailored teams, without overhead.

This approach makes it possible to build teams tailored to each project, reducing overhead and unnecessary costs.

You only pay for what you need, when you need it — with full transparency.

Cultural heritage can be complex without being confused, and people can do far more when they have structures that genuinely support them.

Integrating project management, organizational strategy, and professional coaching, we help institutions and people hold complexity, make solid decisions, and turn ambitious visions into concrete, sustainable work.

Portrait of Cinzia Perlingieri, founder of 58th People & Projects

Cinzia Perlingieri.

Founder · Project Manager · Professional Coach · Senior Cultural Heritage Lead

I am a senior leader in international cultural heritage projects, combining decades of hands-on experience with formal training in project management and professional coaching. I help cultural heritage organizations succeed in challenging, high-stakes environments by delivering both strategic project leadership and human-centered team development. With a proven track record in turning complex initiatives into sustainable successes, my work bridges operational excellence and leadership development, ensuring results that endure well beyond the project's completion.

I spent many years outside Italy, working on cultural and institutional projects in international contexts where complexity was not an abstract concept but a daily condition. I lived and worked across different cultural systems, collaborating with universities, institutions, and public organizations — and that is where I learned to take nothing for granted, to make difficult choices, and to hold vision and concreteness together.

Culture and cultural heritage have always been my starting point. I have never experienced them as something fragile or romantic, but as a serious field of work that demands responsibility, method, and the capacity to deliver. For me, culture is deep passion, but also organization, governance, care for processes, and respect for the contexts in which we operate.

I am inspired by young people, by women, and by all those who work in the cultural sector with skill and sensitivity, often without adequate tools or space to grow. I believe strongly in empowerment — not as a buzzword, but as concrete practice: building contexts where people can grow, take on responsibility, and work better together, especially in fields as complex as culture and academia.

What I do today is born of all this: field experience, mistakes, the courage to make choices, love for culture, and respect for work done well. I move where clarity, structure, and presence are needed.

01

Transparency.

Saying things as they are, explaining choices, making limits and possibilities clear — a form of respect and honesty before it is a method of work.

02

Responsibility.

Being there when decisions matter, holding the thread in complex moments, and seeing through what we start. No shortcuts, no stepping back when things become difficult.

03

Respect.

For the time and skills of the people we work with. Things done well are not a detail — they are the result of attention, care, and mutual recognition.

04

Empowerment.

Growth as the result of clear, accountability-building contexts. Supporting someone means creating the conditions for them to find their voice and take on responsibility — without dependencies or improper delegation.
