Working in the cultural sector requires more than subject expertise.
Professionals are increasingly expected to design projects, work across institutions, collaborate internationally, and navigate complex organizational environments — often without having received structured training in these areas.
I design and deliver training that addresses this gap, combining project management, organizational thinking, and professional development in ways that are directly applicable to real work contexts.
My approach.
My training is grounded in practice. It builds on years of experience working on international cultural heritage projects, and focuses on providing participants with tools they can use immediately — not abstract frameworks.
Sessions are designed to be practical and structured, interactive and discussion-based, and connected to real cases and scenarios. The aim is not only to transfer knowledge, but to help participants develop clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of how to operate within the sector.
What I bring.
I have worked extensively with universities, cultural institutions, and international teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States. This allows me to design training that reflects the realities of working in the cultural sector, the expectations of international environments, the growing importance of project-based work, and the need for stronger organizational and professional skills.
